Johnny is a Swedish professional guitarist, multi-instrumentalist (bass, keyboard, violin, vocals), and dedicated music teacher, now based in Switzerland. With a schedule of over 100 concerts a year, Johnny brings his musical talents to a wide range of genres and venues, delivering performances that resonate with diverse audiences. Academic Foundations... In the 90s, Johnny studied guitar, violin, and music theory at the conservatories of Malmö (Sweden), Bern, and Fribourg (Switzerland), building a solid foundation for his vibrant career. Committed Educator Johnny began teaching music in the late 90s and continues to share his expertise with enthusiasm and dedication, inspiring his students to reach their full potential. In 2013, Johnny founded the Zenguitar Guitar School in Fribourg, Switzerland, where he continues to teach guitar to this day. Additionally, in 2023, he taught guitar and bass at the Yamaha Music School in Zurich, Switzerland, further enriching his teaching portfolio. Professional Achievements Member of the Swiss jury for the Euro Song Contest in 2000. Official artist and endorser for Line6 from 2008 to 2014. Demonstration guitarist for Black & Smith from 2014 to 2017, showcasing his skills at top conventions like the Musik Messe in Frankfurt, Germany. Collaborations with Renowned Artists Johnny has had the privilege of collaborating with notable artists including Steve Vai (Aarburg, CH), Jeff Berlin (Frankfurt MM, Germany), and Patrick Moraz (studio album and concerts in Switzerland).
